Returns or exchanges will only be accepted as described :

- The delivered product arrived defective * **
- The product sent is not the chosen product.

For exchanges:

We will go through a data verification process (dated payment receipts, shipping dates and photos of how the order reached the recipient)
Once the condition of the product has been confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange, which will be carried out and monitored by the customer together with me.

* It is important to note that we will always do our best to ensure that orders are properly packaged and protected, however, once delivered to the Post Office, the packaging is completely beyond our control, so some cases may be reviewed.
** We also emphasize that there is no 100% guaranteed way that the order will arrive without some detail, such as, for example, not very noticeable brands.
If the order arrives with notable and/or exaggerated erasures, we will go through the process described above for the exchange policy.

The prices displayed do not include possible fees that may be charged by credit card companies or banking entities, for example, in the case of payments in installments.
